A Workshop Built
Around One Standard

Our 24,000 m² facility houses the R&D centre, tool room, injection hall, assembly lines and decoration workshop under a single quality system. Nothing is subcontracted without our own inspection report.

Every project is assigned a technical lead who follows it from the first sketch to the last pallet — the person who answers your email is the person who validates your samples.

How Your Package Is Made

Packaging development studio with sketches, colour chips and aluminium components 01 — R&D Centre

Research & Development

Material compatibility lab, formula-contact testing and a library of more than 200 proprietary constructions. New mechanism concepts are validated here before they ever reach a customer presentation.

Mould store and fitting benches in the in-house tool room 02 — Mould Development

Tool Room

In-house mould design and CNC, EDM and wire-cutting capability. Tool steel is selected per project lifetime, with mould-flow simulation before the first cut.

Moulding Hall

52 machines from 60 to 380 tonnes, with closed-loop regrind and clean-room zones for transparent and light-colour parts.

Assembly Lines

Semi-automatic and fully automatic lines for mechanism assembly, plus hot stamping, UV printing, laser and electroplating cells — all inline inspected.

05 — Quality Control

Nothing Ships
On Assumptions

Incoming resin, first-piece, patrol and final inspections are recorded per batch. Every shipment carries a report you can audit.

  • Dimensional report on T1 and per production batch
  • Closure torque and cycle testing (500 cycles)
  • Drop test from 1 m on concrete, 6 orientations
  • Colour ΔE ≤ 1.0 against approved master
  • Formula compatibility and migration test at 40 °C / 75% RH
  • AQL 2.5 final release with photographic record
